Whenever you are in the area of Aventura, make sure to stop by The Alchemist. Hidden between small buildings, you will identify this place because of the unique front facade. Showcasing a peaked roof, with the exterior walls covered on a mix of red bricks and black paint, you cannot miss it! As you walk in through their garden, you will find their Roasting station on wheels where they have their coffee beans roasting and producing the most amazing coffee aroma.(If you are a coffee addict like me, this is like heaven). Now, inside you will find a cozy and unique space with eclectic furniture, vintage accessories, graffiti and wood details on the walls.
Now onto the best part, the food! Here you order, pay, you get a number and then they bring you the food to where you are seating. Their most popular dish I would say is the "Chef Breakfast" which is a Tatertot waffle, two eggs, avocado mix and pico de gallo! I am sure your mouth is watering by now... If not, see pictures below.
I would also recommend the Avocado slicer and Nutella slicer. Nonetheless, is a place with an amazing vibe, delicious coffee and food, plus great service... Thank me later!
